Texas-Licensed SPED Professionals

Guardian Allies Collective is building a bench of Texas-licensed professionals to serve districts across the Houston metro and greater Texas region. Opportunities are available now with services beginning as early as November 2026.

All positions are 1099 independent contractor roles

Licensed Specialists in School Psychology (LSSP)

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations, participate in IEP meetings, and support MTSS/RTI teams.

Requirements

  • Texas LSSP certification through TSBEP
  • Experience with comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
  • Familiarity with Texas IEP processes and MTSS/RTI frameworks
  • Strong report writing and communication skills

Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP)

Deliver direct therapy, conduct evaluations, and support IEP goals in school settings.

Requirements

  • Texas SLP licensure through TDLR
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or CFY candidates welcome
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Occupational Therapists (OT)

Provide school-based OT services, functional assessments, and IEP collaboration.

Requirements

  • Texas OT licensure through TBCE
  • NBCOT certification preferred
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Physical Therapists (PT)

Provide school-based physical therapy services and IEP collaboration.

Requirements

  • Texas PT licensure through TBPTE
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong teamwork and IEP collaboration skills

Service areas: Houston metro, Greater Harris County, and expanding across Texas.

Florida-Licensed SPED Professionals

Guardian Allies Collective is actively pursuing school psychology and related services contracts across North Florida and statewide. We need Florida-licensed professionals ready to serve districts with immediate evaluation and staffing needs.

All positions are 1099 independent contractor roles

School Psychologists

Provide psychoeducational evaluations, participate in IEP meetings, and support MTSS/RTI teams.

Requirements

  • Florida Department of Education certification as a School Psychologist
  • Experience with comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
  • Familiarity with Florida IEP processes and MTSS/RTI frameworks
  • Willingness to serve North Florida school districts
